Shipping

All prices quoted are in £ sterling and do not include VAT, as we are not VAT registered. Please note we have a minimum order value (before delivery) of £5.

Delivery charges are not included in the prices quoted unless otherwise stated. We deliver to the UK, Europe (EU) and the rest of the world.

EU Member States (as of July 2008) include:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom.

Please make sure you select the correct delivery method for your country in the shopping basket (cart). Delivery will be delayed if the method selected is incorrect. We will email you if there has been a mistake.  

UK deliveries will be by Royal Mail. Europe (EU) and rest of the world (international) deliveries will be by airmail.

Customs and tax charges may be applicable for shipping to countries outwith Europe (EU) and are the responsibility of the Buyer.

Shipping is done by the individual artists. Please allow the number of days specified on each item page for that item to arrive plus a little extra for Europe and rest of the world as airmail times can vary. If you have ordered more than one item they may arrive from different artists in different deliveries from their workshops. If you haven't received your item within the allotted time please contact us for more information.

Returns Policy

This website sells arts, crafts and music from a variety of artists and craftspeople. The price, description and information is provided by these craftspeople. Although we take care that all details are correct for each product we cannot provide any guarantee that they are accurate. These details, such as price or availability, may change without warning.

If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase please return it, unopened in its original condition, within 7 days of receipt for a full refund, less shipping. We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty, in which case you will be refunded your shipping costs as well.

When you return items to us we will notify you, via email, when your refund will be given. You will be refunded within 30 days. If you haven't received a refund within this time please contact us for more information.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
